While classified advertising will typically be a component of every
marketing plan it is important to note that such advertising may not
be the most effective source for reaching buyers (see chart below).
The best marketing plans are those that are truly broad in scope with
a strong emphasis in methods that expose your home to other real estate
agents (i.e. Multiple Listing Services and broker open houses). A
skilled realtor such as myself will have such a plan and discuss it
with you.
