Buying a Home

There really is nothing quite like owning your own home. Buying a home can give you a tremendous sense of accomplishment. The planning, the saving, the patience of searching for the right house. Being handed the keys to your new house is truly a major life event whether it is your first home or not.

Finding a home to buy can be an intensely time consuming process. I remember the experience when I purchased my first home (I was not a realtor then) the excitement, the doubts, the fear! I remember questioning whether I was paying too much; buying a money pit; and making a wise investment. Initially, I had many questions about the process of home buying: how would I work with a Realtor and which one?; what could they do for me?; could I trust them?; and would they have my best interest at heart?

Buying a home is a big deal because it involves your money, emotions and time. The key to your success is finding a Realtor who is sensitive to your needs and goals and who is committed to helping you through the process.

My primary objective in working with buyers is to be a consultant and a guide. I can serve you best when acting as a Buyers' Agent. Working as your agent allows me to share information and my expertise in ways that can make a difference, whether we are negotiating on a particular property, or simply discussing the variety of properties you have seen. Our relationship, and helping you make wise buying decisions, is always the most important thing to me.

If you have questions or would like to discuss working together, please contact me. I also would be happy to mail you a FREE Home Buyer Packet which highlights the process of buying a home.
